Default date and time

I have a 8400 server whose clock is delayed 10 minutes for the correct time. I have tried to set the time on the website server but I can not. The system sends the message

Server date/time
Content-type: text/html

System failure
A system failure ocurred. Click continue to return to the main page

w_dosettime : 06 : failed command/usr/bin/sudo/bin/date $(/bin/date +0816)$(/bin/date +1240) 2012 returns 256

Any help is very grateful

if you dont have configured the NTP, it will sync via local time zone. if you are getting the error " please try to reboot the server" then try to change the time.
