Default Failed to upgrade IP Office Server Edition and IP Office 500 V2 expansion

Tried to upgrade the IP Office Server Edition from 11.0.4.0.0 to 11.0.4.1.0 build 11 and it failed. Transfer the ISO file.


By 3% upgrade, i got this message:


Upgrade failed:Failing at task 'Pull Upgrade:step 'Pulling Inventory.


Any ideas?

Found SOLN342168 ,tried that and still not working.

Having same issue with a IPO Server R11 Select System.. Ticket opened with Avaya Support now at level 2...tried this..try that...same error. Having said that i have been able to upgrade a IPO R11 non-Select Server Edition to GA release with no issues. Waiting for update from Avaya Support.
