Were on Interaction Center 7.1.3 (yes it's old i know)
We normally deploy to agents on Citrix, using the Rich Client. Recently we moved to a new version of Citrix xen app. We have smoothed out all issues save one, Compose/Reply/Transfer Email through the web agent window will crash the application with no error. You can view an email, change any/all settings in the web agent window, ect. But any attempt to Compose/Reply/Transfer causes the application to crash completely after a few seconds. We have tried disabling spell check. The same install on a Windows XP machine produces no crash and works fine. Any thoughts or ideas? Any idea what exactly is called upon when composing an email? |
