Default Caller App Announcement Backup

We have numerous caller apps that are created by multiple teams in our organization. Is there a location that the .wav files are stored so we can back them up to an external server periodically? If not, is there a way to back them up?

First of all it depends on what does the back up. We use a system that requires a software "agent" on each server to be backed up.

But for this particular requirement, I use Ipswitch WS_FTP to place a copy of the .wav files on a server that is backed up. In fact I manage my Announcement boards with the Ipswitch client alone. I have been doing this from the beginning as the Avaya tool was far too cumbersome.
