Default Avaya SMGR 6.1


I am facing a weird issue while clicking try to add SIP phone using user management , Manager users --> New

I am getting following message "Couldn't find 3-letter country code for SECURID
Some internal error has occurred in the service. Please contact support team.

I have service pack 1 installed.

any help in this regards would be appreciated.

Hi Sbordia,

Can you try restarting the jboss service in the System Manager:
service jboss restart

If the issue does not resolve after a successful restart, please raise a case with Avaya Support. The information given below is not sufficient to come to a resolution and would require a walk through of the logs.
