Default Avaya IC Webpage ictest show white page?
We test the IC web page use the ictest (http://aic.com.tw/website/ictest.jsp) but it show the white page.
We don't know how to fix it . Who can help me?
My IC version is 7.3 install on Windows 2008 R2 server .

Hi,

Try use another browser.
As far as I remember in some pages in IC there was missing some html tag in sources of webpage. I that case page was empty in browser.
You can also try to Crlt+U fot viewing source code of page.

Of course It might be other issues as well
