Default TTS not working for Play Announcement

I have a simple workflow that answers a call, plays "Hello World" as the Media URI/Text and drops the call. When I call it, I do not hear any text to speech for "Hello world". If I view the call in Instance Detail, everything looks successful and the Play and Collect returns the following output. Am I missing something for how to play simple TTS prompts?

I have experienced the same problem and discovered that you need to run the workflow several times before Nuance kicks in.
