ipocc customer import

Hi there,
I try to import the customer number but i always get error "Unknown structure of import data"
so can anyone tell me what is the proper format.
your help is appreciated.

Please note

• The name of the import file must be the same as the name of the control file. The only difference is the file extension.
• Both files must be in the same folder.
• The data of a record is separated with semicolons (.
• The entry is case-sensitive

Example

File name of the import file: Example.csv
Import GmbH;Stuttgart;0815;0711/4722;imports all;Agent_5
Export GmbH;Munich;0207;089/4712;exports all;Agent_3
Polzer Peter;Frankfurt;0816;069/4713;Developer;Agent1
File name of the control file: Example.txt
Name
