Default Ethernet Switch 425 MD

Greetings,

as of today we have just posted the Manufacturing Discontinuation bulleting for the Ethernet Switch 425 (425-24T and 425-48T). This continues the transition we have been undertaking to move customers to newer platforms and then retire these older products as customer demand deminishes.

Key dates being:
Last Time Order Date: 31st May 2010
Last Ship Date: 30th June 2010
Manufacture Discontinue (MD) Date: 1st July 2010
End of Life (EOL) Date: 1st July 2015

The bulleting can be accssed on the nortel support portal www.nortel.com.support under Ethernet Switch 425 in the Bulletins section.

thanks
Sidney
