Default Anyone use Communicator with a call center?

We are using communicator for remote users to pick up calls for our call center during bad weather. they can only get three lines to show up, they cannot see calls on hold past three, It appears they can only see new calls until they get to three calls, if those are go on hold the 4th call they will never see. Even if the first two drop off they cannot pick up the that 4th call. So we have people sitting available and calls on hold. If anyone has any tips i would appreciate any input.
