Question Call pickup on E129 with IPOffice 500v2(9.0)

Hi All,

How can we use the call pickup feature in E129 phone, when dials the shortcode it is not working like IP Phone. Hope some changes required!.
Can you tell me what has to be done to have call pickup?

Dial *30 works on any phone.

I have a problem with the E129 system, when the User calls another User who is busy failed appears on the display instead of busy solving?
