Default Contact Store recording time stamp 1 hour slow since DST

Since Daylight Savings Time came here on the East coast the Contact Store is one hour behind. The xml file shows exactly 1 hour slow compared to the actual creation time for the xml and wav file. Anyone know a fix for this?
