Default Obtaining system remote login info ?


Our past Telcom administrator is no longer with our facility and I'm trying to obtain some info about our system. I am the network administrator and now taking care of the phone system. Who do I contact to get the dialin numbers for our System 75 and our Audix voice mail? I need both the dialin numbers and ID's and passwords.

You can contact the database administration team at +1 800 422 6560, they should be able to provide the information that you are requesting.
