how to integrate social media and website with Avaya Experience Portal

I am researching on Avaya Experience portal with much interest on the web integration as am more interested in implementing the same. Kindly has anyone experienced this and if so can you direct me to where i can get the reference materials for this. How can I go about implementing this?

Hi there, goyoll! Actually, a friend of mine achieved the integration by using a solution called Tenfold. I believe they've been using it for about a year now, and it's been running smoothly for them and even increased their productivity with the features it comes with.
