Default support.avaya.com

Hi,

"Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager Feature Description and Implementation" document might be a good place to start. Features are described there and aslo reference to other documents for additional info (if applicable)
http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100089836

"Avaya Extension to Cellular User Guide Avaya AuraTM Communication Manager Release 6.0" specifically concentrates on the EC500 feature itself. It does mention "EC500 does not work on analog trunks. EC500 supports ISDN, H.323, and SIP trunks. It supports high function digital Multi Frequency Compelled (MFC) Signaling trunks as well."
http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100089112

There is a seperate section on EC500 on support.avaya.com website
http://support.avaya.com/css/Product.../All_Documents

"Avaya Aura® Communication Manager Special Application Features" discusses the special applications.
http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100121721

"Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager Screen Reference" document describes the options/fields on the Avaya Communication Manager SAT interface.
http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100089489

"Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager System Capacities Table"
http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100092572

"DEFINITY® Communications System Generic 2.2 and Generic 3 V2 DS1/CEPT1/ISDN PRI Reference"
http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100008161

There are a lot of different documents that describe features, implementations, configurations. All these can be found on http://support.avaya.com website. There are also "Application notes" and "White paper", that provide description on configuring specific configurations. You might find these very useful. You might need to choose your product of interst and then narrow down the application notes.

"White paper"
http://support.avaya.com/css/Products/White%20Papers

"Application notes"
http://support.avaya.com/css/Product...hnical%20Notes

if you have a specific feature over Digital/analog trunk that you're intersted in, then we could search on that.
