Post user cant login into one-X Portal using web interface
user's unable to login into one-X Portal using the web interface. previously havd been working. receive a message stating " a license could not be assigned."
not sure if anyone has experienced this problem

using IP Office 500v2 Rel. 8.0 (53)

You will need to log into your Administrative side of 1XP. Sounds like the CSTA service has stopped seeing the IPO.

Have you tried to reboot?

is there a default name and password for logging into the one-X admin? i dont have a login/password for admin on one-X portal.

Try Administrator/Administrator.
You would have set it up the first time you logged in...
