Default How to upgrade phones through IP Office server edition

Hi,

I cannot find any documentation on where to upload the new firmware files for the phones into the IP Office server edition. Has anyone done this before or have documentation on how to do this?

Thanks

Haven't done this for a long time, but when I last did it, pointed the IP Office Manager's "Embedded File Management" tool (File | Advanced | Embedded File Management) at the system and navigated to 'system | primary'.

Note however that the appropriate bin files supported with a particular IP Office release are normally included in the upgrade of the system to that release. Its not normal to be loading a different set of bin files and they may not be tested or supported with the IP Office release.
