Default Communicator doesn't show the missed calls
IP office 9.1
communicator 2.0.3.79

Communicator doesn't show the missed calls in history

Anyone have an idea how to fix/trace this issue

Communicator keeps its own local call log, it doesn't use the centralized call log held by the system. So it doesn't include calls that didn't actually alert on Communicator.

Unfortunately the communicator history doesn't show the missed call logs for calls that alert on Communicator
