Default AAAD Agent Desktop Login Fails on Windows 7

we have just installed new Windows 7 PCs and installed the AAAD Desktop. The installation completes without any problem, but when trying to login an agent we the following error:
Unable to login user 6002 to CCMS.
Reason: AgentLoginFailed.

Agent 6002 is an Email and Voice agent
We have other agents working fine on that system.
RefClient works ok. We can login the agent to the CC and we can receive voice calls.
The agent was using an XP PC before the change to Windows 7

Default Solution found

We found the solution. In CCMM the flag Hot Desking was set, but we didn't have a workstation assigned to the TN of the agent.
We removed the flag for Hot Desking in CCMM and then agent was able to login
