Help, I have been holding on telephone for over an hour. I cannot create a service request online even though I am a registered customer. We had a power outage, our voicemail and transferring of calls is not working. One of the modulars is blinking red.

We apologize you cannot create an online SR! We can help you do this. Please email us (since I can't direct message you here) at support@avaya.com. We will submit the ticket for you and then also investigate why you cannot submit a ticket. Thank you for your patience!
