Default Customer Dis-Service

I can not understand how a company with such global reach does not have the time to address real customer issues. Last three calls to customer service average wait time was 1hr 22mis. Support.avay.com .stinks!!!! I have a user name and password but it has not authenticated yet (3 weeks now) How can I get help with my issues without changing phone systems. This looks like the only way to resolve my problems. ??????

Hi tkenni,

Due to an increase in call volume we are experiencing longer hold times. We are sorry
you are experiencing a long hold time and are in the process of alleviating this. Can you direct message me and give me the username you were given for the Web site? I'll get someone from our Access team to take a look.
