Good morning,
I'm very novice with Avaya, but I would like to know what must I need to have an Avaya Communication Center. I've got these situation: an office with 16 people, and connects to other partners outside. What hardware must they have, what OS? What about gateways and other software for Avaya? Obviously, the ip phones, will be Avaya. What must I buy? Any lecture? Thank you. |

What exactly are you looking for? Are you trying to get an enterprise solution for 16 people or are you just looking for something that'll let you have multiple branches?

Where could I learn how I must connect all the things? Actually, today I have seen a huge communication network done with Avaya... more or less, there're an avaya server with Communications Server, an Avaya gabinet, and inside there are analog/digital large cards, and 24 ports each one, and in Etb's case, there're 500,1000 I don't know the name, where arrives t1.
On the other hand, I have seen also a computer, with dvd, and there it were plugged the cards. I don't remember where plug all the things... Help!!! Thank you. |

Your firm appears to need a less rebust system than an entrprise system. For that reason, you should asl this questtion in the "Small and Medium Business Communications" forum.
I believe that your best resource will be an Avaya Business Partner (BP). The good ones can build a system scaled to fit your needs. My guess from what I read in your original post is that an all IP solution will fit quite well.
