Default Cms r17

Good afternoon.
Please help me to solve a couple of issues in making the reports in CMS R17.

1. I would like to add a chronological report Split / Skill - «weekly summary " of number of calls answered. What is the option? I added to request datatotals - wsplit.MAIN_ACD_CALLS.
It gives an error "Column must be present in the list of GROUP BY.
All the request settings presented here:

2. I did not find a variable parameter that is responsible for time of sending a call to an operator. The parameter which shows how long did the phone rang until it was picked up. This time is added to the remaining time of the call (turn, vector, etc.) everywhere.

3. How can I bring in a chronological report the number of lost calls which have been waiting a response longer than 30 s? I added and AVG_ABANDON_TIME => 30 to the request split / skill – weekly summary. It changes nothing even if I put bigger number.

Thank you.
