Default WFO Applications


Can somebody help me understand what the options are in the WFO portfolio?

I’m familiar with ACR, QM and WFM, but not so much with the bits you can add on. e.g. is Knowledge Management part of the WFM suite or extra? Is there a doc anywhere that explains it all?

If you have access to Avaya Sales portal, you can search for "WFO Solution Guide". It has documentation about the features.
