Default Avaya Aura bandwidth

Hello,
My company has an avaya aura for videoconferencing. The problem is consuming much bandwidth and do not know if it is possible to consume less and not lose much quality.
If you can change these options, where we have access?

Hi, Do you know what type of video confernce solution you have ?
Is it Avaya scopia/Radvision based one?
Avaya Aura Conferencing based one?
Avaya onex Communicator based video ?
