Solution Confirmed TN771DP MAINTENANCE/TEST firmware download

Hi !

We have S8800 CM5.2.1 + G650
And have problem with TN771DP MAINTENANCE/TEST board
Prod ID:700463482 S/N:10WZ35108442 HV9 08/29/2010 Ser:9 Vin:H9F20

We try download firmware V22 or V23 but for this action we need SSO customer level.
We not have "Sold To#" and cant download firmware for ERROR board.

How we can download firmware V22 for ERROR board.
This board not working and say "I want firmware download!"
