Default softconsole in CM 5.2.1


I would like to ask if Avaya Softconsole R1.5 is compatible with CM 5.2.1.
By the way, if you also have documentation to support, this would be very helpful.
I can't seem to find the appropriate document for this.

Softconsole is supported with CM5. Documentation on Softconsole can be found at:

Just keep in mind that the CM Directory/Data pull that Softconsole uses might not work correctly in CM 5.2.1 because of how CM handles the Directory requests now. This will not be addressed by Avaya TIER IV since Softconsole is End of Support.

There are options around this, but they are not as streamlined as just having Master Directory do a CM Data pull.
