Default Need Help-Urgent

Hi, I have following issues with a system, Avaya S8300D, CM5.2.1, G450 Media Gateway...all IP Phones (1600 Series)

1) When calling any outside number, the phone does not display the numbers dialed after the call has been answered. i.e when calling any service provider or any call center, the phone will not display the option selected to reach the call centre agent.
2) When an employee answers another extension call within the pickup group, the other person's phone does not display the extension details of the person picking the call instead mentions as "Cover".
3) If a particular extension is not connected or logged out, anyone trying to call that number will keep ringing. The person calling is not aware that the other phone is disconnected or logged out.
4) If a user is on call and someone else calls that extension, they do not get any busy tone or the call waiting tone..it just keeps on ringing and the caller thinks that called party is not answering,

Appears that we have multiple complicated issues to work on, these can only be worked over some Service Requests, please kindly contact Avaya help desk in order that we assign dedicated engineers working with you.
