Default Frequency of IC Server Reboots
One of my clients has inquired about how often IC servers should be rebooted. This company has IC 7.1.8.

"would you ne able to verify with Avaya how often the the IC servers needs to be rebooted? Is it every 30, 60 or 90 days?"

Default Frequency of IC Server Reboots
Hello,

There is no documented number of days for IC reboots. It is purely based on the customer evironment such as (number of sites, number of servers, number of transactions in a day) etc. We always recommend our customers to perform a maintenance reboot once a month so that the resources does not remain over utilized.
