Scopia is not able to invite/add third participant in meeting for Lab146

Hi team,


Suddenly Scopia is not able to add/invite more than two participant in meeting, I tried inviting three ext 2304 , 2305 , 2306 but first two joined meeting and third (2306) participant doesn't get MCU call/invite. So I am wondering what went wrong here? earlier it was working with 3 participant. is this MCU licence related issue or something else?

basic analysis from me -

1) I get success response from Scopia XML API
2) I can see two invite msg in SM for 2304 & 2305 but no invite msg for 2306
3) I can see below event msg in Scopia Management Console -
"The organization [org146] exceeded the maximum allowed number of simultaneous MCU calls during meeting [InstantConference: DemoMeeting, 719630509] when connecting [Sip: 2306]. Recommended to upgrade the organization MCU license to larger simultaneous call volumes."
4) I am inviting participant using address 726146XXXX@sm-146.collaboratory.avaya.com where XXXX is sip extension. (this is needed to route call back to lab146)
