Default IPOCC Screen-pop

Is there a way to change the browser push screen-pop in IPOCC UI to pop the url on answered event instead of alerting? Customer wants to use it but they do not want to create duplicate records in their web system if the call RONAs back to queue if the first agent doesn't answer.
