Default One-X Mobile Security Certificates

I have tried to look for the instructions on how to setup the Certificates to run One-X Mobile VOIP. At the moment I have an error that shows 16:0 error on registering to server. I have Portal running okay which I assume that I have the ports all set and pointed correctly.

The issue I am having is setting up the certificates to get the VOIP to work. Does anyone have instructions on how to setup these certificates for the preferred edition ip500 v2? I do not have the server edition, the one-x and vmpro are on a windows server. Thank you in advanced.

How about unchecking - Validate Server Certificate?
That has helped me before.
