Default Kernel Panic in CMS

Our CMS R17 server became unresponsive. We had to do a hard reboot. During the boot up this message appears: Kernel Panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init.

Anyone know of any fixes other than a complete reload of Linux and CMS?

Hi,

We have seen issue in r17 fb.m.

If your CMS is still at fb.m, please upgrade CMS to ja.k using below doc:

I hope it helps.
