There is a number that does not work when we try to call it from our system. It works when I call it from my cell phone and other phones in town can call it. The number I am calling is a cell phone number. Is it Change Ars analysis? The message I get is:
"Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check number and dial again." |

can you do a "list trace station xxx" where xxx is the station extension from which you are initiating the call? you might see a denial event that could help!

Thanks. I did that and see that there is a "denial station -- 620 cid 0xa"
I have an attachment showing the whole trace but it includes information that I am not sure if it is safe to post. What other indications might be helpful. |
