Default Avaya 9620L powerloss while firmware upgrade

Avaya 9620L.
User unplugged the phone at firmware upgrade process. Now the phone just shows blank white screen instead of normal booting.
Is there something that could be done in this situation?

that might have killed the firmware on the phone itself.
at what stage of the firmware upgrade was it?

would you be able to capture a network trace from the phone when it starts up? Does it send a DHCP broadcast out?

- What if the phone is left completely unplugged for ~30secs and then connected back?
- Can the phone process calls, while white screen is seen? Or is it in an inoperable state?
- As Arbi has requested, can a phone-end trace be taken, capturing the phone's bootup sequence?
- The phone may need to be sent to Avaya Labs, Factory.. if it is stuck in "inoperable" state.
