Default SQL Command Line Test Tool

Is there an SQL command line test tool that can be loaded on the IPOCC server to test, outside of IPOCC, the ability to access and retrieve information from a Customer database. Trying to prove to Customer that issue with SQL statement is on their end and not the IPOCC. Customer trying to tell us we need to be doing an INSERT statement and not a SELECT statement. We just need to query and retrieve the database information for an IVR application.

What kind of SQL server is it? You can probably just download a client for whatever kind of server it is that you're trying to connect to. Or ask them to show you the INSERT statement working (this should be easy since they have the client on their side.)

is the component tr_Srv running properly? check the ODBC DSN (you have to start the 32 bit Version ofODBC administrator , you will find it in folder: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe) , check if IP address correct
