Default How to develop One-X number matching rules?
Hi,

One of our customers is requesting the ability to click-to-dial four- to eight-digit phone numbers from a web browser address book.
I'm led to believe you can use the Configurator tool to develop custom rules to match non-standard phone numbers, but have been unsuccessful in practice.

Is there anything I'm particularly likely to have missed out that's required for developing custom rules?
I have logs available if appropriate.
