PKI problem on CM Branch i40
I took over management of a small clinic that is running on CM Branch i40. It has built in voicemail and everything worked fine for years. Recently (Dec 5th 2014) they lost communication with the built in voicemail/autoattendant system. What I have learned is that PKI cert that encrypts communication between CM and Voicemail system has expired (uses TLS). I did some research and it looks like they did apply a patch in 2011 that they thought fixed the problem for good. But I suppose another 3 years went by and PKI expired again. I am seeing that CM Branch is end of support by Avaya. Has anyone run into this problem? Any suggested workarounds? The system is running firmware version 2.0.0_28.01-SP-2.0.19. Thanks in advance.
