Good day
I have a customer having challenges when logging into Avaya Communicator for Windows, users have to retry several times before logging in, what is the best way to troubleshoot this kind of problem, pings to IP Office from the user's laptop are not bad at all, 10ms on average. Thanks in advance |

Check whether if firewall is blocking the traffic. You can telnet 1719/1720 port from your laptop. Also take trace from tracert command in command prompt to check what route it is taking.
