Hi,
When recording a voice file with the record_voice_file script, which is being delivered as an example in the IPOCC10 package, you can stop recodring bij pressing # (hash-key). The DTMF-sound of this # (hash-key) is also recorded at the end of the message. Is there a way to ignore this sound, so that it is not recorded? Now, this example is not usable, because I have to remove it manually with some kind of programm like audacity. Feels kind of stupid to handle it this way. Regards, Peter |

I am astonished about the beep, this wasn't when the example was published some years ago , all default announcements in the example folder are recorded ths way without a beep.
I will check what change caused this problem |

I have not found the reason, but there is a workaround to remove the latest sound samples in the recording. there is already a a Windows Registry value for the IVR server:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Avaya\IPOCC\VoiceControl \Configuration HideDTMFTone Value= 7 increase this value to 12 note: this value is not the number of seconds, but the number of sound samples shortened automatically in the recording file |
