I had the same problem and using the FQDN of the host instead of its IP fixed the issue.

Hi all
I have avaya media gateway s8300d. And system platform 6.3.7.0. Communication manager version 6.3.0.141 is deployed on platform systems. I need to upgrade to version 7.1.3. But if I make a full backup and try to restore it, then in ACA I get all the fields empty. Tell me what could be the error. |
