Some of you may have run across this issue. So it seems like a good place to start my search. From time to time our legal people want me convert a voice mail into a .wav file. Fair enough, I can do that.
Like many other firm's, our officers are not always satisfied. Just today I got a request form one of the VPs for a way to convert a .wav file into a transcript. Does anyone here have experience with a product that does this? And it would be nice if really worked. ![]()

Hi there, BIll. What software or product did you use to convert .wav files into transcript? Trying to find a good one, it would be great if you could share what you used. Thanks!

If you can do voicemail to email as a wav file, Mutare has a transcription service that works well. I've set it up on several IP Office installations, and customers are happy with the results.
