Hi All -
I want to have specific VDN (DNIS) use a new secondary MOH source. Here is what I am hoping will work: 1. Create a new music source (#2) and apply it to my new partition (#2) 2. Ensure that new partition (#2) is able to call existing partition (#1) 3. Assign VDN to new partition (#2) What's tripping me up is a shaky understanding of what "overrides" when TNs conflict. So a call comes in on a DNIS assigned to TN #2, but queues to a skill assigned to TN #1 and gets answered by an agent in TN #1, etc etc. I want to ensure that the MOH source assigned to the DNIS via TN #2 persists no matter where the call ends up. So am I on the right path? Thanks!! |

The music source played is based on what was dialed. As long as the VDN in Tenant Partition 2 is what was dialed, then the music source for Tenant Partition 2 should be played.
