I have install the VSP and CM (Release 6.0) with S8300D and G450 as main server.
As I configure the Utility option Configure CM Login and test connection, it prompt that "Connection to Callserver failed!" .So I cann't admin the ip phones by using Utility. Then I have checked that CM and Utility can ping each other and the login ID can login to the CM Web or SAT . What's wrong with this condition? Please help me to configure the Utility to login to the CM! Another question ,is there any document about the VSP console domain's command? |

what is the exact version of Utility and CM 6 you installed.

have you tried default password admin & password admin01.

Upgrade utility server to latest.
