Default 1X Agent 2.5 Work Code Reporting

The 1X Agent 2.5 Admin document is sketchy on the reporting for the 1XA Work Codes feature. I need to understand a few more things:

Is there a limit on the # of codes that can be created for use (2 digit max, 99 in total or per group?)
Will these codes be recognized in CMS ECHI field?
Are these codes unique from traditional CMS Call Work Codes? ATAC says Yes.
If CMS doesn?t report on them, are there 1 X Agent log files to report from?

Exclamation Remember to Set Work Codes up in one-X Agent

This is one "gotcha" we ran into. We set up the work codes in the station like alwasy and figured that we were all set... Wrong! We had to set them up in one-X agent as well. Just sayin'

Hi,

CMS reports CWC report.

You need to add CWC in dictionary and administer them in call center administration.

On CMS, there is as such no limit on digits of CWC. It can be of more than two digits but there is limit on number of CWC which can be added. It depends on value set in data storage allocations.

I hope it helps from atleast CMS side.
