Hi all,
I have exported some auto scripts from CMS Supervisor to generate reports in excel format. We set up a batch file in which includes all this auto scripts and execute it using Windows Scheduler. For every 2 weeks to a month, the auto script cannot export the excel files. At this moment, we will find some processes named with "ACS" is kept running in the task manager. After we delete the process, the auto script can export to the excel files. Do anyone face this problem before? Any solution for this problem? Thanks, Jess |

We have had the same problem. We have scheduled a restart of the complete windows OS every day. Since we have done this we didn't see the problem anymore. It's not a nice solution but it works.

Go for latest supervisor version(17.0.LA.18). It fixes such issues.
