Question ACD access on Windows 64bit

So we currently deploy Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit to our systems and have found out (for awhile) that the Avaya IP Agent does not work with 64bit. We've inquired with our telecom group about one-X Communicator, but they said it doesn't allow for logging into an ACD. Is that the case? Is there a Avaya product that would allow remote users to log in to the ACD that works with 64bit Windows (Mac OS X if possible too)?

Default aux-work button and Avaya OneX Communicator

The major improvements and enhancements in R5.2 SP1 Product Version 5.2.0.14 for Avaya one-X Communicator are:

* Enabled the display and functionality of the Avaya Communication Manager administered feature button "aux-work"

http://support.avaya.com/css/appmana...11992955970045

So originally, Avaya OneX Communicator was not designed to support any call-center features.

hope this also helps
