The Global Registration Tool (GRT) is used to register equipment on an end customer’s install base, for purposes of accurate renewals quoting and ongoing remote maintenance support.
GRT users can ensure that a customer''s install base is accurate by updating hardware inventory records and by testing connectivity and alarming to necessary devices at the customer''s location.

The Global Registration Team frequently holds live "Ask the Expert" training sessions to demonstrate the Global Registration Tool, and to provide an open Q&A forum where users can get their questions answered. These sessions are open to business partners, end customers and Avaya associates, and they are recorded and posted for anyone with an SSO to watch.

A good query consists of three things:
Enclose exact words or phrases in double quotes. Include plus (+) to require words, minus (--) to exclude words, and OR between words. i.e. forwarding OR coverage + "all calls"-- remote
