The Global Registration Tool (GRT) provides a single, global process for customers and partners to register their systems.
The HealthCheck Tool evaluates the settings on your installed Avaya products and reports potential misconfigurations.
IP Office Password Management tool allows customers and partners to request a technical registration of their IP Office equipment establishing remote connectivity as well as request a password reset for existing connections.
The Log Collection and Archiving Utility is a multithreaded Windows service that archives application log files and records screen activity optimized for all versions of Avaya Interaction Center. It can however be used in other windows based Avaya applications as well.

The Manage Alarms Tool allows customers and employees to request Avaya support systems to "ignore product alarms" based upon the following criteria: Start and end date and time (required), Sold To/FL (required), Solution Element (optional), Alarm string (optional).

The Avaya Software Compatibility Audit Tool produces a report showing the installed software and firmware versions on all upgradeable devices in your Communication Manager Version 2.0 and higher. It also shows the latest versions available for those same devices.
StationBuilder is a web application to provision Communication Manager stations. Avaya Software Specialists will initiate projects for the customers with validations to be applied to the data that the customer enters. Licensed features such as EC500 will be placed in the projects by the Software Specialist to ensure the customer has the correct features available as well as the correct Right-To-Use (RTU). The customer will then be able to use the web tool to upload the station related data.

A good query consists of three things:
Enclose exact words or phrases in double quotes. Include plus (+) to require words, minus (--) to exclude words, and OR between words. i.e. forwarding OR coverage + "all calls"-- remote
Don't include "special" characters in your search (i.e. &, <, >, *, $, / ,\, ....)
The more exact the phrases are to the actual title or string of text in a document, the better the results
