Directory Listing enables business details to be published in the National Local Directory Assistance. Once your company details are published, potential customers can readily and easily locate your business. Below are the ways of getting to the Directory Listing feature.
There are two ways to publish your Company Info on the Directory Listing:
Directory Listing shortcut link from Company Shortcuts
1. After logging in to your Avaya Cloud Office account, look under Company Shortcuts. Click Publish Company Info to Directory Assistance
2. Enter the Company Info
3. Click Next
4. Read the terms of service for Directory Assistance and confirm that you agree to these terms by checking the box
5. Click Publish
Directory Listing from Company Info
1. Click Phone System > Company Info
2. Click Directory Assistance
3. Enter the Company Info
4. Click Next
5. Read the terms of service for Directory Assistance and confirm that you agree to these terms by checking the box
6. Click Publish.
